Position Title: Country Manager- UAE
Experience:6-10 Years
Location: Abu Dhabi for initial 2months, later would shift to Dubai
JOB PURPOSE:
To build the agent network, manage P & L and ensure brand visibility.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Build the agent network and ensure that customer acquisition programs are planned and executed across
the country/cluster.
Create awareness in order to maintain and increase market share.
Establish and maintain relationship with the agents across the country/cluster. Perform continuous follow
ups on various issues to ensure effectiveness.
Execute the branding plan and coordinate direct marketing activities across agent locations to improve
visibility and brand recall.
Monitor agents transactions and provide feedback / guidance to RM and the agents.
Coordinate training of agents and liaise with the Operations Team for activation of agents.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Post graduate in Business Management / Post graduate professional qualification.
English reading, comprehension and communication of a high order.
Information processing, numerical and analytical decision making ability.
Computer awareness and usage skills.
Awareness of Concepts of Budgeting and corporate financial statements.
Advanced Project management skills.
Experience of 6 years in a large organisation with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably
in Financial Services / FMCG / Telecom industry. Should have ideally worked in a multi-location /
channel management role.
COMPETENCIES:
Possess good communication skills
Possess good presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flair for customer service
Negotiation skills
Candidate should have experience in sales or business development with some financial services or banking sector, involved in building agent networks
