Bakery Chef for DR Congo

Experience: 3 to 6 yrs.

To take care of bakery products requirements at the retail stores
Ensure that adequate products are prepared in timely manner at the stores as per plan.
Prepare or maintain inventory or production records.
Adapt the quantity of ingredients to match the amount of items to be baked. 
Check equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations and perform maintenance or cleaning, as necessary
Decorate baked goods, such as cakes or pastries.
Direct or coordinate bakery deliveries.
Operate slicing or wrapping machines.
Develop new recipes for baked goods

Should have done a Diploma from NIHM or other reputed institutions (Oberoi, Taj etc.) with a specialization in Bakery products.

Must have worked with a reputed Bakery, Restaurant, Hotel chain

Must have an experience of minimum 3 years.
