- Qualification: Diploma in hospitality, or other closely related field.
- Experience :
Relevant experience for over 4 years.
Supervisory-level experience is required (2+ years).
Adequate knowledge of relevant machineries, systems and software.
Ability to select, develop, manage and motivate personnel.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Implement the guidelines, policies and procedures and ensure its implementation at the division.
Process orders received from outlets by coordinating with warehouses and suppliers to ensure adequate and timely supply of roasted coffee beans.
Liaise with procurement and warehouse & logistics functions to maintain appropriate level of inventory levels as per the anticipated demand and usage.
Monitor quality standards and take correactive action if required.
Issue regular reports on the performance of the division and communicate the reports to relevant supervisors/managers.
