Export Sales Manager for Diamond Meat Processing - ETA Group in Dubai

Any Nationality

•Ensures achievement of agreed Targets for Export Sales (Revenue & Profitability) by implementation of Company's business strategy and plans.

•Provide Inspirational leadership & Coaching to the Exports Sales Team to further develop their competencies & ensure they achieve their respective sales plan.

•Ensures compliance and suggest improvements in policies and procedures and improve business processes and systems within one's area of control

•Assesses, evaluates, establishes and develops business opportunities with content and partners.

•Conducts financial feasibility studies and develops proposals for new business opportunities.

•Responsible for reviewing and analyzing information and developing new initiatives and partnerships.

•Monitors and controls risk / implications

•Coordinates with the production, marketing and/or sales group to improve customer service levels.

•Works with Head of Sales on current and long range goals, objectives, plans and policies of the company


Sales & Marketing of processed Meat products (chilled & Frozen) across the MENA region. Must have in depth knowledge of the industry & distributions channels across the region. Should have led a team of 4-6 Sales Executives and have a good understanding of basic business financial parameters.

Salary + Annual Air Ticket for Self, Wife & 2 Kids + 30 days Leave with salary for every completed 12 months of continuous service+ Medical Insurance for Self, Wife& 2 Kids as per Company Policy.
