Scaffolding Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design scaffold structures according to project requirements, considering factors such as load capacity, wind loads, and seismic activity.
- Conduct site visits to inspect existing scaffolds and identify areas for improvement or repair.
- Collaborate with construction teams to plan and execute scaffold installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop detailed designs for steel frames, bracings, and other structural components of scaffold systems.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all design calculations and specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in scaffold engineering or a related field (construction/engineering).
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, insulation techniques, and scaffolding materials.
- Proficiency in using software tools like AutoCAD/Revit/Microsoft Office
Scaffolding Supervisor
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee scaffolding installation, inspection, and maintenance on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for scaffolding practices.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure efficient execution of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgetary expenditures, and quality control metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in building construction or related field (scaffolding supervision).
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding materials, designs, and installation methods.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members
