Antenna Design Engineer for Mirafra Technologies in Stockholm, Sweden

A highly-motivated technical leader with a strong background in telecom antenna with RF systems modeling, design, development, and verification. The candidate is expected to have a good mix of theoretical and practical design skills; He /She should both lead and participate in the design and development of prototype RF/antenna systems. Initially he/she will work on existing programs in multiple areas of research, including antenna arrays for MIMO applications, wideband antennas for small cell base stations, novel materials and technologies for enhanced low volume and low profile antenna systems.

Essential Skills required (as many from list below):

- Experience in electromagnetic design and specifically in Antenna Design

- Proficiency in Design by Simulation

- Experience in Design to minimize PIM

- Familiarity with standard numerical analysis and design tools such as CST Microwave Studio or Ansoft HFSS is required.

- Experience with quite High Power, as well as quite low power and small volume Telecom Antennas

- Experience with design, development, and launch of cost effective products

- Hands-on experience measuring and characterizing antenna performance, both outdoors and in anechoic chambers is desirable

- Hands-on experience introducing complex products in factories

- Hands on experience as technical lead with customers and/or partners in new product developments

- 8+ years experience in a product development and innovation environment

- Good written and spoken English as working language.
