Urgent opening for Legal Consultant- (Distribution Activities) - UAE

Position: Legal Consultant- (Distribution Activities)

Salary Package: AED 12,000/- to AED 20,000/- (all inclusive).

Location: UAE

Desired Candidate Profile
Legal Professionals with a degree in Law (LLB) to be based in UAE to handle all legal issues concerning Distribution functions.
Prior Exposure to similar field- minimum of 3 to 5 years.
Candidate are preferred if having good knowledge of UAE Law.
Thorough Knowledge of Business Law, Ethics, Regulatory rules & norms. 
Should posses good communication and negotiation 

Job Description:
1.Accountable for ensuring the distribution business is legally compliant and develops solutions to resolve disputes and issues related to the business transactions.
2.Analyze the technical documentations submitted by various divisions intended for Regulatory-adequacy and Compliance with regulations and guidelines of govt. bodies.
3.Reviews and thoroughly inspects all the required dossiers before submission and informs the principles as MoUs.
4. Oversee the interface between the company and the regulatory agencies to ensure achievement of company objectives
5.Represent the company in front of external authorities and industry associations.
