    Responsibilities
    Manage a team of cost controller
    In charge of accurate financial data & monthly actuals and WP review process
    In charge of the forecast process and review
    Present all financial data in a transparent way
    Monitor risks and savings, create mitigation plans
    Prepare the Estimate at completion to be validation during the forecast review
    Support the Work Package Owner in the financial management of its WPs

    Project Management Assistant TJV 
    Qualification : A levels & Diploma of Higher Education
    Experience : Should have 3-5 years experience in working on project or similar.

    Responsibilities
    Reporting
    Develop and maintain Reporting tools
    Produce Management Board Monthly Report and FAST monthly report
    Monitor and follow mobilization
    Preparing MoM of TJV weekly meetings
    Assisting PM
    Selecting documents which require review by PM/DPM in ACONEX system
    Filing all documents of the project in accordance with the filing framework on the network: mails, letters, reports,
    Booking of the meeting rooms in accordance with the needs of the Project,
    Editing the meeting rooms planning every Monday,

        Qualification: Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng., Mining Eng. (or Civil Eng.)

        Interpretation of electrical diagrams, hydraulic, manufacturing drawings, exploded views, manuals
        Experience: 1 year of experience (minimum) in a Machinery Dept. (desirable 2 or more years). Experience in tunnels is a plus.

Under the supervision of the logistics and spare parts manager, will be responsible for the workshop-team & coordinating the operations logistics with the TBM responsible. Keep control of all the existing stock in the workshop (bi-component, ribbons, locomotives...). Responsible for controlling the shipping of spare parts in coordination with: the TBM and exterior installations responsible, customs and local & worldwide suppliers (able to solve custom problems).

          Job Description:
          Reporting to the QA/QC Engineer at site Provision of inspection assistance services to enable the sites to execute works as per client requirement. Ensure better quality standards of the works by consistent monitoring of the process and proper production sequence. Ensure the subcontractors are in compliance with their own Quality Systems and FAST Quality Assurance & Control plan. Liaise with the Quality representative of the client and CJV. Carry out phased inspections of preparatory inspections, initial inspections and follow-up inspections as specified. Ensure all Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans are properly implemented. Prepare Non Conformance Reports, report to responsible person and follow-up for close out. Help to maintain and issue Quality Control and inspection records. Assist in the verification that contract close out documentation is prepared as necessary. Check the works in their area of responsibility for compliance with the specifications. Prepare Inspection Requests and respond to them in a timely manner, in order to be approved and closed.           TBM Tunnels and At-Grade sections, Trackside Mechanical & Electrical works and Trackside Finishes. Station constructions are to be depicted in between civil works guide ways.
          The data for preparing Time Change Diagram are to be extracted from Primavera P6. Knowledge of importing and exporting date from Primavera P6 is essential.
          Integration of Civil Works Time Change Diagram with Rail track installation and Systems Installations
          Periodic updating of Time Change Diagram from progress of civil works linear works using information Primavera P6 program.
          Minimum three years experience using TILOS 7 and Primavera for rail projects

        HSE Engineer 
        Qualification : BE /B.Tech
        H&S International certif.: Nebosh, OSHA
        Experience: Should have minimum 3-10 years, in Construction experience
