Purchase Executive for Oman (2+ Years Experience)

    We are looking for Purchase Executive , Position will be based at Oman, Middle East for one of our Client. Briefing more details below :

    Experience : Min 2-4 yrs experience in import procurement of Stationery products.

    Qualification : Gradate
    Age : Below 30 Years 
    Job Location : Oman, Middle East 
    Salary : 250-300 OMR (Approx 54,000/-) + Company furnished bachelor accommodation, airfare assistance once in 2 years, company car scheme medical and others as per OGC norms. 

    Job responsibilities: 

    1. Checking the stock status of Stationery items & presenting to Head of Operations as per the schedule given to him.
    2. Preparing Purchase order for import purchase & local purchase after getting approval from concerned authority.
    3. Required to take necessary proactive action to avoid stock out situation.
    4. Required to coordinate with Finance team for processing of L/C & other payment related issues.
    5. Required to handle local purchase on his own as per the policies & guidelines set.
    6. Required to communicate with supplier as & when needed.
    7. Needs to keep a track record of entire procurement process from Raising of PO to delivery of materials to warehouse.
    8. Required to maintain all purchase records for future reference/ auditing purpose etc.
    9. Needs to maintain records of all suppliers.
