Quantity Surveyors

Responsibilities: 
• Prepare taking-off and BQ for construction.
• Assist in tender/ contract reviews, negotiation with contractors and contracts administration.
• Liaise with client/ consultants, sub-contractors, supplier on related matters.
• Well versed in costing/administration of contract.
• Knowledge in project costing.
• 
  
Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 3 years relevant experience in oil & gas industry
• Good working attitude, ability to organise, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Good attitude, team player and self-motivated.

Senior Design Engineer

Responsibilities: 
• To assist in matters pertaining to coordination of design with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities and client.
• To monitor the progress of consultants design.
• To monitor, control, record and manage the documents deliverables such as drawings, reports from consultants and submission to client/authority.
• To review the documents submitted by the consultants for potential optimisation/value engineering, major discrepancies, etc.
• To assist in resolving design related site construction issues and liaise closely with related parties and authorities.
• To assist in tender preparation.

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering.
• At least 5 years (for Senior Design Engineer) or 3 years (for Design Engineer) relevant experience in civil/ structural design.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Project. Capable of preparing presentations using Powerpoint.
