      Should be able to understand the market swiftly and take action to achieve the targets, should be a go-getter.

      Should be totally hands on with the job.

      Should be able to micro manage.

      Willing to travel a lot,able to articulate well.

      Should be able to prepare reports, quite flexible in timings.

      Knowing Gujarati is an added advantage.
