Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for Production Equipment

Educational Qualification Expected: 
Diploma in mechanical engineering/BE or BTech Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
3-7 Years of experience in maintenance of Oilfield Equipment including Rotary Equipment, Valves, Chokes, Control Units, Separators, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, & fabrication 

Overall duty will be to support the Production Engineers in Field operations by ensuring that all Production related equipment is maintained properly. 
Will be responsible for maintenance of all kind of Static & Rotary equipment used in Production operations.
This includes all types of pumps and their engines.
Maintenance of Safety Valves and their hydraulic control units
Maintenance of Separators and their controllers in association with Instrumentation Engineer
Maintenance of Variable chokes, Positive Choke assembly, Gate and Ball valves etc.
Help Instrumentation engineer in maintenance of Control units, Gauges etc.
Should be capable of supervising and doing Fabrication work related to maintenance
Will be responsible for tracking spare requirements and ordering same
Should be able to maintain proper record of maintenance.
Will be responsible for appropriate Permit to work
Should be capable of clearly communicating technical information to management and vendors. 
Should be team playerand a fast learner and open to new ideas and concept
Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer for Production Equipment

Educational Qualification Expected: 
Diploma in Instrumentation/BE Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience
3-7 Years of experience in maintenance of Oilfield Instrumentation hydraulic Control Units, Electronic and mechanical Gauges, Electronic and Mechanical Recorders , Electronic measuring and control equipment, communication equipment and such other production related equipment. 

Overall duty will be to support the Production Engineers in Field operations by ensuring that all instrumentation systems required for Production operations are maintained properly. 
Will be responsible for maintenance of all field and lab related instrumentation used in production operations. 
This includes instrumentation related to separators such as PCV, Level controllers, mechanical recorders etc.
Complete maintenance of Separators and their controllers in association with Mechanical Engineer
Maintenance and calibration of hydraulic control units.
Help Mechanical engineer in maintenance of Control units, Gauges etc.
Maintenance and calibration of Electronic gauges and recorders.
Should be capable of supervising and doing Fabrication work related to maintenance
Will be responsible for tracking spare requirements and ordering same

Job Type: rotational Job 6 months ON 3 weeks OFF/ 4 months ON 3 weeks OFF
