To meet with our existing and future business requirements we are looking for competent professionals in specialized areas as per the description herein.
- Report to the Head Business Development Manager on stock dispatch status at manufacturing unit, Market updates and daily sales feedback.
Coordinate with Distribution Units (Branches/Distributors) for stocks to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stock outs.
Plan daily/weekly sales visits and execute all necessary means to ensure Product Availability, Visibility and Awareness (AVA) at client premise for Bulk and Consumer packs.
Achieve Assigned Monthly Sales Targets region-wise, nationwide.
Propose unique product benefits via up selling to clients to gain market share.
Monitor Competitor product activity and trend and provide weekly feedback to Product Manager
Participate in brand building activities periodically to maximize product market share
Manage a team of market developers for field/secondary sales activities
- - Candidates with prior FMCG sales and marketing experience
- Ready to travel extensively within Tanzania.
- Candidates ready to stay on bachelor status will be preferred.
