- Must have experience in 4 star hotels or above or reputable restaurants, must have worked as CDP or above
- Deep knowledge of Chinese or Japanese or Thai cuisines 
- Oversee kitchen preparation and food production during shift

Food Production - CDP
- Must have experience in 4 star hotels or above or reputable restaurants, must have worked as CDPs or above
- Deep knowledge in food preparation, specialties must include bulk meat, chicken, vegetable preparation

- Must have experience in large kitchens, specifically in mass food production
- Able to organize kitchen stations: Butcher, Sauces, Bakery, Packing
- Strong personality to manage staff of various nationalities

- Must have experience in 4 star hotels or above or reputable restaurants, must have worked as a Junior Sous Chef and above
