Their job entails selling of hotel services to customers to generate revenue for the management.In performing their duties, hotel sales executives make lists of potential clients or groups and conduct survey to discover customers actively

Responsible for maintaining and continuously increasing a high level of sales performance both for rooms as well as food and beverage .
Candidate must have experience in hotel industry on a similar profile

5+ years experience

F&B Manager
F&B operations and lobby management. Working towards Profit Maximization by implementing Cost &Time management effectively. Recruiting, staffing and training activities. Customer Service and Hospitality, Customer complains handling.
The candidate must have 10+ years excellent working experience in Food & Beverage operations.

Candidates preferred only from Hotels, Fine Dine Restaurants, Industry.

Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the hotel's banquet operation. Supervise all banquet personnel. Attend all hotel required meetings and training. Must have experience of handling large banqueting
Exceptional guest handling skills, leadership skills, communication skills in English

Head Chef
To Overlook the entire Food Operation of the Catering, Training Kitchen Staff, Planning New Menus and Executing Them (RnD), Developing and Making sure all food safety rules are being followed, Cost Controlling, Food Presentation
4+ years experience
Executive Chef
Responsible for food production in all the kitchens. To assist F&B Manager in the development of new menus and menu changes, develop the price structure for various items in the menu in relation to competition.To formulate and ensure standard recipes
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Hotel Management in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. At least 5-10 years of working experience heading the kitchen in the similar capacity required for this position
