Position Description OE Professional / Business Process Specialist
Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence professional to join Project
Management Support Services.
You will provide initiatives as well as setting priorities to promote and sustain operational excellence (OE)
performance throughout the department among all process owners. You will provide solutions in all
principles, methods. Candidate is expected to lead OE awareness, training, knowledge, and best
practices shared across the department and other sister organizations. You will partake in problem-
solving OE implementation problems and assess OE performance to assist the organization in achieving,
sustaining, and leading performance in reliability and efficiency, while adhering to the highest standards
for HSE in a cost-effective and profitable manner. Also, you will capture best excellence practices and
share them across the corporate.
Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have a bachelors degree in engineering, science, computer
science, safety, management, environmental science, business, or a related field.
You will have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in a similar work environment.
You will also have a fundamental technical capacity of related ISO or EFQM, ISO Standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
Engage in OE System Implementation and conduct benchmark internally and externally to identify OE
performance targets, while working with management to develop plans and initiatives to promote and
sustain targeted Saudi Aramco OE performance.
Candidate will help manage and deploy changes for OE model revisions and improvements, OE
standards, procedures, processes, regulations, practices, and knowledge sharing across Saudi Aramco
to achieve and sustain high OE performance in corporate focus areas.
Communicate and present regularly to Management (or at corporate level), OE strategies, directions,
risks, opportunities, updates, revisions, and maintain and update the OE documents.
Prepare and coordinate staff schedules for assessments, develop and implement assessment plans,
reports findings, lessons learned, and best practices, to instill them across the organization and project
management administrative area.
Monitor OE implementation to identify OE performance gaps for focus areas and processes, and resolve
overlap and conflict issues in OE processes implementation.
Analyze OE performance using statistical tools (Lean Six Sigma) to identify and prioritize OE
implementation risks and gaps, and establish and follow up on mitigation measures to minimize risks and
gaps.
Mentor and coach professionals and assessment teams as part of the development for OE subject matter
experts, and contribute to the development and delivery of OE training.
