Construction Manager for Sterling & Wilson, Kenya

EXPERIENCE AS A CIVIL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER IN AN INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION SITE IN AFRICAN REGION IS REQUIRED.

Planning, Resources mobilisation & allocation, people management, achieving set goals against benchmarks, budget management. 

Will be responsible and accountable from mobilisation of resources, execution of site work, setting up of site office, attending meetings with various stake holders, reporting to various stakeholders, handling quality & HSE issues, meeting QHSE requirements, reporting to the Project In-charge / Manager. Will have to ensure that local compliances / regulations, etc. are met with and ensure maintenance of smooth relations with various authorities.

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 9 to 12 years of work experience. Should have worked as a Construction Manager for industrial construction sites. Experience in African region is essential. Must have the ability to manage large number of workforce, ensure compliances w.r.t. manpower, rules & regulations, QHSE, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills essential
