Initial training / vocational training Accessible with a training of BAC + II or more (CAP, BTS in mechanics Auto) or an Engineer in general mechanics option VL, PL and gear with a good knowledge in management Know-how and Experience Proven experience in the field (minimum 5 years) and in the position (minimum 1 year) 

Good knowledge in planning, coordination and management Good initiative and team spirit, honesty and rigor, perfect mastery of computer tools and English (a asset) Mission Ensure responsibility for the availability of the company's equipment and operating equipment tasks

JOB SUMMARY:

Maintain the schedule of maintenance and servicing of equipment and operating equipment. 

Ensure compliance with agreed clauses. Maintenance contracts with the dealers.

Update records of equipment and operating equipment 

Propose purchasing specifications for RDPs and consumables and participate in the selection of suppliers

Participate in the Choices of external service providers in case of recourse to an external repair and proceed to the evaluation of these service providers

Ensure the supervision of maintenance and repair operations and, in general, all work carried out in the garage workshops 

Provide technical supervision and assessment of personnel under its responsibility 

Collaborate with the RQHSE to respect and enforce the HSE guidelines applicable to technical operations in the garage

Propose and participate in the implementation of all actions intended to:

Improve the working conditions in the garage 

Improve the communication, consultation and participation of the garage. Staff
Keep the dashboard up to date Overhaul and report on the performance of activities 

Record the work carried out and write the reports to identify recurring breakdowns and straighten drivers' conduct 

Perform the quantitative and qualitative analyses necessary for optimized management of its process, propose improvements and ensure their implementation
