Client Interview for Restaurant Supervisor Vacancy in Saudi Arabia (1+ Year Experience)

A delegation is visiting India in Delhi to conduct an interview for a Largest Fast Food Chain in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Position:  RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Description:

• Candidates should have minimum 1 - 2 years' experience with Any QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) i.e  CAFÉ BAKREY CONFECTIONERY, KFC , MACDONALS , PIZZA HUT, DOMINOS, DUNKIN DONNUTS, MOD, STARBUCKS, CAFÉ COFFE DAY etc, or Fine Dining, Casual Dining's Experience can also be considered.

• Should have Knowledge in FOOD QUALITY CONTROL, DANGER ZONE OF FOOD , & TEMPERATURES OF FOOD STORAGE.

• Candidate should have knowledge in Computers (MS- Application), Must have experience in stock, inventory Marketing Skill, Profit & Loss etc.

Required Candidate profile

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WORKED AS A SUPERVISOR/TEAM LEADER/CREW SUPERVISOR/STORE SUPERVISOR/SHIFT SUPERVISOR IN A RESTAURANT (HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF (INVENTORY AND FOOD STORAGE)        

NOTE: NO other experience background apart from Hotel/Restaurant will be considered
