Urgent Opening for Senior Sales Forecast Analyst

Job Summary :-To review data provided by the Sales and Marketing Departments, analyzing and revising the data to deliver accurate projections about market and business conditions, anticipated production levels, and other factors.

Responsibilities :-

• Performs analyses and prepares forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, sales coverage, market size, penetration, marketing practices and sales trends.
• Analyzes data, makes recommendations and comments, and presents forecast to leadership team for business planning and product development.
• Regularly reviews sales databases, adding or maintaining new data as available.
• Attends and actively participates in regional and national sales meetings.
• May participate in the development of special pricing plans, products, and proposals to meet specific customer requirements.
• Support sales and marketing activities through research of complex market conditions and trends affecting company's products.
• May research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product and contributes data to appropriate functional group.
• Ordering and monitoring POS (Point-Of-Sales) Materials.
• Coordinating product packaging developments.

Qualification / Skills and Experience :-

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field with an emphasis in mathematics or statistics required.

• At least 10 years of experience preparing sales analyses and forecasts in a FMCG marketing environment required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• English proficiency is a must - French will be an advantage
• Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights in a clear manner
• Proven understanding of forecast methodologies
• Must be very well organized and have excellent time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
