Role & responsibilities
Developing and delivering training programs focused on the automobile industry, including technical skills, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Developing and delivering soft skills training programs.
Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training calendar and ensure the development of relevant training contents.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
Preferred candidate profile -
Considering the specialized nature of the role, we need to search a candidate with:
Proven experience in training within the automobile industry. Candidates with a technical qualification in automobile engineering are preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
The ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles.
A male candidate with 8+ years of experience
