Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the laundry process, from washing to dyeing.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Investigate complaints or issues raised by customers related to laundry quality.
- Work with the production team to identify the root cause of quality problems and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the laundry environment.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Suggest improvements in processes, equipment, and procedures to enhance laundry quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to optimize laundry operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotels or restaurants).
- BHM (Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management) or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of laundry operations including washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment etc. .
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Shopkeeper
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and customer service.
- Ensure efficient laundry and linen supply chain management to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Oversee housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
Shop Maintenance and Cleanliness:
- Ensure the laundry shop is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Oversee the proper cleaning of machines, workspaces, and public areas.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience as a Shopkeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of laundry processes and procedures for managing linens effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
Laundry Supervisor
