Urgent req. for leading QSR Restaurant - Service Crew cum Cashier for Saudi Arabia.
JOB Profile:- Service Crew cum Cashier (No. 30)
Education:- Mini. H.S.C or Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
Role & Responsibilities :-
- Delivers consistent and outstanding guest service through friendly attitude, attentive behaviour and strong product knowledge.
- Uses proper procedures to ensure the accuracy of every order for every guest.
- Maintains speed of service targets by working efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet guests needs.
- Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up-sell to customers.
- Keep work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized.
- Stock work and customer areas with needed supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low.
- Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure all products are always fresh and always accurate.
- Listens carefully to guests and apologizes for the experience in the case of a complaint.
- Receives payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, or change to the customers correctly.
- Count money in the cash till at the beginning of the shifts to ensure that amount is correct and there is adequate change. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
- Service crew duties and responsibilities also include cleaning work stations. They may be assigned additional cleaning tasks as well, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
- They must also keep an eye on food stock levels and ready to prepare and restock them as necessary.
Salary :- Basic : 1300 SAR + Food Allowance : 300 SAR + Fixed OT: 300 SAR = Total 1900 SAR
Working Hours :- 10 Hours + OT 2 hrs. (Daily Basis) / 6 days a week.
