Experience: 5 to 7 yrs.
Salary: GBP 25,000 - 35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + commissions

To formulate implement the UK business strategy for the Technology and Business Management Services division in line with business and corporate objectives. 
Responsible for generating new business from the UK / Europe
To evaluate outsourcing opportunities in markets where the companys services and solutions are required. 
To identify key decision makers in the above and making them aware of the companys services. 
Assessing competitive and market environment and monitoring customers requirements UK wide. Monitor competitiveness, track market shares and competitors developments. 
Interface closely with Operational personnel to ensure the smooth running of contracts.


Experience of building successful business relationships internally and externally.
Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Should be in a position to understand and appreciate the companys culture and its values.
Commercially driven and highly responsive able to generate opportunities for adding value and orientated towards achieving business
Experience in selling solutions to the Real Estate industry is an advantage
