Job Profile For A Facility Manager
Location - Saudi Arabia
Enlist key job responsibilities :
1) Oversee Operation and Maintenance activities at site.
2) Effective management of Spare parts.
3) Effective utilization of the Plant Utilities to optimize the Operating Cost.
4) Ensure water production from the plant at all times.
5) Maintain Production reports (MIS), Maintenance records (Preventive / Breakdown / Changeover) on daily and monthly basis.
Enlist Qualification / Skill / Experience level required :
Graduate / Post Graduate in the Chemical field.
Hands on experience (5 - 7 years) in the field of O & M for Membrane based Plants.
Needs to have good analytical exposure & troubleshooting skills.
Optimization of Chemicals and Consumables.
Capable of working independently and with a team.
Needs to have exposure to automated plants.
Needs to have good communication skills.
Any other requirements / comments :
Should be willing to travel extensively.
Should have done commissioning / O & M of at least one medium size SWRO project independently.
Should be willing to stay at the jobsite on a long term basis.
Should be able to lead a team of Shift supervisors / Operators / Chemist / Technicians at site to carry out O & M activities in the plant.
Should be aware of the safety standards followed in the process industries.
Knowledge in Thermal Desalination Systems is preferred.
