NT Global caters to numerous organizations, governments and corporations around the world. We require competent IT Marketing Managers who will function as global ambassadors of our products and services. 
 
As our IT Marketing Manager, your task cycle would comprise of pre-sales, sales and post sales/support processes. Our principal area of expertise includes SAAS and our regions of operation include Rwanda and East Africa. A fundamental knowledge of IT Software Licensing, Networking/VSAT, Cloud Hosting and Billing Software combined with a passion to adapt to fresh environments, learn new languages and interact with different cultures is crucial to represent the archetype for collaborative enterprise in East Africa NT Global. 

Your Pre-Sales function would include gaining a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of our product and/or service and an in-depth research of client requirements. This includes responding to Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and Information to Tender documents. 

Negotiations are an essential part of sales. Your primary objective would be to close deals in a manner commercially benefiting the company and the client. The ability to demonstrate the functioning of a product/service and communicate effectively is key here. 

The Post-Sales function includes technical support and maintenance. You will be expected to coordinate on-site and off-site teams to deliver maintenance, debug issues, maximize software utilization and train clients on using the product/service
 
Qualification:
 
Computer Engineering or equivalent degree in any software associated discipline from a reputed university/college
 
An MBA or PGDM from a reputed institute, preferably in the IT Management, Sales or Marketing disciplines
 
Experience:

Two to eight years of experience selling software apps or SaaS
 
A proven track record of customer relationship building and networking
 
Adaptability and past record of service in foreign environments & markets
 
Aptitude to learn new languages and flexibility to be accustomed to different cultural practices
 
Knowledge of and familiarity with technology

The tactical know-how to conduct negotiations and compete in bids for tender proposals
  
Ability to keep-up with technological advancements, study constantly and utilize resources such as social media for networking and marketing
