Experience:
6 to 11 yrs.
- Will directly report to the Head-Sales and Marketing.
- Supervising, assisting, educating & motivating the ASEs, Salesmen and Trade partners to explore & nurture market potential in the given territory
- Maintaining target v/s achievement & other sales relevant records such as brand wise performance, area wise performance, trade partner wise performance and report the same on weekly basis with analysis for corrective and improvement measures.
- Monitoring stock levels and ensures Trade partners /Stockiest / Route salesman have adequate stock to serve the market needs on a daily basis.
- Reaffirming corporate image through events & promotional activities.
- Defining & implementing sales plans, and make presentations & reports.
- Checking & verifying, marketing & advertising work done by contractors/agencies.
- Maintaining RED standard in the market, and manage Routes & Trade partners.
- Developing relationship with all key customers and maintaining a customer database.
- Maintaining records of all marketing inputs of his territory, like no of Kiosks, no. of coolers, no of ice boxes, no. of ice flake machines & no of other bill boards & panels.
- Monitoring competition not only from close competitor but also all other alternate beverages.
Prior experience abroad / in Africa is preferable though not compulsory
Good spoken & written communication skills in English & Kswahili will be an added advantage
