2 Offered salary will not be more than Rs 55,000/- Per Month equivalent to 400 OMR Per Month

Qualification:- Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized and reputed university

1.Should have worked as a Secretary to senior management
position/ legal department
Should be qualified and proficient in software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer etc.).

Responsibility

Smooth functioning of Departments office
Maintain schedule
Follow-up on various assigned secretarial matters.
Addressing Mail Correspondence
Organize Meetings
Arrange Conference Calls
Preparing Minutes of Meetings
Customer Management, greet visitors as appropriate personally & ensure they are looked after.
Drafting letter, taking dictations, Tour reports etc.
Travel arrangements & Reservations
Organizing Files, Data Management and Updating
Maintain adequate stationery stocks & replenish when needed
Coordinate and report to Legal Advisor / Senior Legal Advisor
