- Should have a 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
- Should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or business administration with specialization as finance
- Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations.
- Should be highly skilled in financial planning and forecasting, financial analysis, financial risk management techniques as well as usage of IT tools like ERP
- Should have excellent people handling skills
- Should be able to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to speak Arabic will be an added advantage
- Assist the Financial Controller in developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures
- Mentoring and controlling the accounting staff keeping the organizational objectives in mind with the help of Senior Accountants
- Experience of working in Middle East countries is an added advantage.
