materials, and products. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Develops and
initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for
recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data. Establishes
program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing,
measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities. Develops and implements
methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material, and devises
methods to assess cost and responsibility. Directs workers engaged in measuring
and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or
process quality and reliability. Interfaces with procurement, engineering,
manufacturing, customer, or vendors to coordinate and resolve quality-related
problems. Provides computerized status report describing progress and concerns
related to inspection activities, nonconforming items, and/or other items
related to the quality of the process, material, or product. Compiles and
writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control
activities. Maintains a working knowledge of the latest codes and new
developments in testing and examination methods of processes, materials, and
products.

irrigation systems, pipelines, and power plants. Primary Duties &
Responsibilities: 01 Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and

and other topographical and geologic data to plan and design project.
Calculates cost and determines feasibility of project based on analysis of

and designs for project. Inspects construction site to monitor progress and

Prepares surfaces prior to beginning work. Fabricates, alters, repairs and
maintains walls, sidewalks, street curbs, floors, bathroom showers, sink
counters, partitions, manholes and other related structures or surfaces.
Determines work requirements and sequence of masonry/tile assignments through
review of work orders, plans or drawings. Mixes cement using hoes,
cement-mixing equipment and/or hand tools. Cuts or breaks bricks and concrete
using hammers, powered abrasive saws, paving breakers, drills and/or hand
tools. Operates equipment such as forklift, dump truck and flatbed. Lays blocks
or bricks following blueprints, plans or drawings.

Marks cutting and assembly lines on materials. Prepares layout. Assembles cut
and shaped materials and fastens them together with nails, dowel pins, or glue.

Erects framework for structures and lays sub flooring. Builds stairs and lays
out and installs partitions and cabinet work. Fits and installs prefabricated
window frames, doors, doorframes, weather stripping, interior and exterior
trim.

Summary: Executes works pertaining to the cutting, fitting, fixing
and assembling steel & other materials for construction projects. Primary
Duties & Responsibilities : Fabricates, Tags, Stacks and assembles
reinforcing steel. Lifts steel into position manually or by crane. Sets bars
into position following drawings and instructions showing the location, size
and number of reinforcing bars. Fastens and assembles bars according to drawing
and instructions. Cuts, bends and welds bars with specified tools and equipment
(metal shears, acetylene torches, arc-welding equipment). Cuts and fixes the
welded wire fabric and positions the fabric in the concrete.
