Coordinates with the head office on various matters as advised by his superior.
Trains support employees engaged in related activities.
Performs different administrative tasks including but not limited to: arranging meetings and taking notes, creating and maintaining filing systems and dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries.
Establishes and maintains relationships with employees to stay abreast of current and future employee relations issues to help prevent potential employee relation problems.

Qualifications:
  • Secondary education or Diploma in Administration (or equivalent).

Experience:
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position.
