Qualification : Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Experience : Should have 5-6 years experience in Similar field.
Job Description :
Responsible for all Quantity Surveying works including focal point for finalization of contractual issues of projects
Well versed with Quantity Surveying works for Roads & Bridges construction.
Measurements of works carried out
Preparation and submission of invoices and follow up for payments with the client / consultant
Preparation of cross-sections
Quantity take of from drawings
Certification of subcontract works and issuance of Payment Certificates
Material reconciliation
Statement of Value of Work Done (Monthly)
Focal point for change order preparation
Finalization of Variation Orders in consultation with Contracts Manager
Insurance & other claims submission in consultation with Contracts Manager
