Experience: 5 to 7 yrs
- Trouble shoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of heavy equipement and cranes - such as Liebher Tadano, Faun, XCMG & Dosaan Wheel Loader.
- Review Procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy.
- onfigure test station and system.- Analyse and interprete data fromenviroment tests and trouble shoot equipement problems.
- Analytical ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems.
- Test and evalute the performance and if required repair general purpose test equipement.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, leadership of technicians in the absense of the service engineers/manager.
- Maintain equipment records and filling systems as part of quality control and assurance system.
- Inspection and disposition of parts and equipment. Provide coaching for the other technicians.
- Assist in preparation, development and enhancement of maintainance procedural documentation.
- Evaluate maintenance process for poptential improvements in quality, reliability, turnaround time and cost.
- Complience with HSE policies and procedure.
- Proficient to read nad interpret HYD diagrams, electrical and parts lists and follow formal procedure and maintainance practice.
-Expert level of analytical ability to find sollutions to complex technical problems.
