Skill Set
*Strong experience in Java/J2EE and its related tools and frameworks like Struts, Spring, Hibernate
*Object Oriented Analysis and Design and understand various Design Patterns
*Hands on coding and ability to understand the code in short duration and suggest modifications/changes
*Web application development using AJAX/traditional methods/other frameworks.
*Knowledge of Application servers, deployment and configuration.
*Ability to handle complex technical issues, design.
*Independent player who can work without supervision/management
*High technical awareness
Role & Responsibility
*Hands on Designing, Coding, Code reviews and Unit testing.
*Participation in requirement gathering, understanding the requirement
*Participation in the design phase including interactions with Technical Architects
*Discuss with customers (internal/external) to understand the requirements and provide appropriate solution
*Impact analysis and creating the detailed documentation for the changes in existing code base
*Technical hand holding team of 3/4 junior members(SE/SSE), only technically
*Knowledge Transfer to new resources.
