Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement monitoring demonstrates compliance with operational and regulatory requirements, and communicates the importance of compliance with policy to all departmental personnel. 
Be responsible for the Asset Management Fleet departmental budget, and ensure all activities are effectively budgeted and monitored within cost constraints. 
Conduct audits of all relevant management systems, and implement improvement programs to address non-compliances. 
Ensure adequate manning levels of suitably skilled employees are available to implement strategies. 
Actively participate in the management team to support and optimise mine performance
Oversee all maintenance planning. 
Management of workshop staff and maintenance. 
Review & sourcing of equipment. 
Development of long-term strategic maintenance plans. 
Management of contractors and review of service agreements. 
Ongoing project work aimed at the improvement of performance and availability of all equipment.
Responsible for all aspects associated with the ongoing availability and maintenance of the site's mobile fleet.

Relevant tertiary engineering (preferred), however applicants with 15+ years trade experience in leadership roles are urged to apply 
Previous experience in a middle management role 
Significant exposure to Asset Management concepts and/or implementation 
Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and SAP 
Effective leadership and communication skills to maintain a clear focus for the department and site.
