- Hands-on experience planning, designing and implementing VoIP solutions in Broadsoft Solutions such as BroadWorks and M6 Genband
- Expertise in Media Gateway Controller, Trucking Gateway, STP
- Expertise in Network/CPE SBC configuration (Acme, Cisco, Audiocodes)
- Expertise in large scale network migrations
- Experience on scripting, call flow design, writing test plans etc
- Experience on Class 5, Class 4 features and call flows
- Strong knowledge on TCP/IP model
- Strong knowledge on telephony and data problem resolution, escalation and fourth level support coordination
- Strong testing and debugging skills
- Experience designing and implementing complex, multisite voice deployments
- Expertise with communications protocols such as H323 / SIP / MGCP / SCCP / Qos / QSIG / T1 CAS / AMIS / G.711 / G.729, DNS
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing HA on Broadsoft platform network elements
