Candidate should have minimum 10+ years of experience in the areas of 5 Star, hotels & resort Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning,
Engineering Services and Maintenance & Operation in Switch Yards, Hotels, cinema & resorts.
Good experience in Preventive Maintenance, Condition Based maintenance zero Breakdown Maintenance & emergency maintenance of Electrical systems, HVAC SYSTEM FIRE SYSTEM.
A keen planner and strategist skills in troubleshooting, team building capability and proven abilities in planning and managing resources.
Facility Manager
Experience: 9 to 14 yrs. | Opening(s): 10
To ensure all operational activities in adherence of SOP, Process & Quality Standards
Ensure vendor services are received as per SLAs/Scope of Services and rated for performance
Monitor adherence of safety procedures in daily activities and project works.
To exercise control over the property to safeguard the capital invested, provide a duty of care through proper maintenance of the property.
Responsible for maintenance of Electrical & HVAC equipments, BMS Systems , CCTV,Security system, fire and safety systems and catering support.
Ensure vendor services are received as per SLAs/Scope of Services and rated for performance
