- -Training for the staff related to Front Desk e.g. Handling Check ins, Checkouts, Guest requests, Guest complaints, Telephones, Department Coordination, any other queries
- -Excellent hospitality skills
- -Min 2 years managerial experience in the front office department from 4/5 star international hotel chain
-Min 5 years total experience in the front office department
-Experience in leading the front office team
