Principal Responsibilities
Sales Team Management
Selling consumer financial products(credit cards, personal loans)
Product knowledge in order to maintain customer satisfaction
Visiting customers/ prospects preferably in their offices
Generate referrals through high quality customer service
Will be responsible for meeting/ exceeding sales targets as set by management
Build customer advocacy through managing best in class sales process in terms of customer communication and service
Will keep an eye on the competition and provide timely feedback to key stakeholders/ decision markers
Maintains updated knowledge of company products and processes and is able to offer a high quality sales experience.
Proficient in selling to mass market customers and is deployed in mass market locations.
Can sell multi products
Sales Control and Governance Management
As a part of daily sales huddles with respective sales managers stay updated on credit policies, product proposition, criteria, Citi policies etc.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
