CMS Developer (Kazakhstan)

Job duties: 
 
*  CMS Developer should have the following skills:
    * Programming Skills: JavaScript, VBScript, HTML/DHTML, CSS, Active Server Pages (Classic ASP), Preferable - ASP.Net
    * Database Skills:Oracle Database 9/10g, SQL, PL/SQL, Database architecture building, management and optimization
    * Developer should have experience in turnover, commissioning, and startup activities and documentation of projects, preferably in supervisory role.  Knowledge of project execution plans.
    * Strong planning skills; ability to identify appropriate sequencing of activities and allocation of resources. Ability to interface with all disciplines
    * Developer must have the ability to develop work processes that reflectively support the Handover Task and should be able to communicate to all parties involved and find agreement of the path forward and process to be implemented. 
    * Developer must have good leadership and communications skills; able to communicate clearly and professionally with follow through.
    *  Developer must have initiative and good organizational skills for the multiple project task work, which will be anticipated.
    * Understanding of Construction, Commissioning and Startup Procedures.
    * Develop implementation plan for CMS development for Major Capital Projects. Develop Functional Specification for CMS Database and Application
    * Review IP Compliance of Completion Management System
    * Manage Permission Matrix of CMS storages
    * Develop procedures and work processes for CMS development and maintenance to achieve Completion Management System goals.
    *   Developing and Maintaining the CMS Database and Application; maintain open communication with all IT groups whether on the Project Team or Base Operations; maintain all work as deemed necessary to coordinate consistency in applications between all MCPs. 
    * Perform all duties as necessary to upkeep the Completion Management System Database and contribute to the training of all staff pers
    * Integration of Work Processes into the Completion Management Strategy; define  and agree methods of communication
    * Technician reviews executions plans and Scope of work for each MCP to ensure alignment for implementation of the CMS to the Project web page. 
    * Incorporate and or develop a path forward for accounting of any unique requirements or deliverables as it pertains to the execution of a particular project. 
    * Work Processes should be encouraged and executed to the extent possible however, where exceptions need to be made, the Developer shall work with all team members to implement any work around as necessary.
    * Provides support to the Construction Management Teams to identify and prioritize needs for meeting All Completion Requirements; from handover of all deliverables, preparation and readiness for Technical and
    * Working Commissions, validation of all commissioning activities
    * Reports directly to Shared Service’s Completion Management System Coordinator
    * Work with Shared Service’s CMS Technicians, understand and knowledge the overall process of various below CMS functional areas and participate in the execution where and when needed:
    * Construction Completion Deliverables(e.g., System definitions, Component Verification and associated metadata, Construction redlines, Quality documents, Punch list etc.) including acceptance of Custody Transfer, Mechanical Completion.
    * Safety Verification Requirements(e.g., Pressure Piping System hydrotests, Vessel hydrotests, PSSR, Cause & Effect testing, etc.).
    * Commissioning Completion Requirements(e.g., Commissioning Dossier - Procedures, Function Test, Site Acceptance Test, Leak Test, etc.).
    * Base Operations Handover Requirements(e.g., Final Handover package requirements, SERIP, Model Work Orders, Spare Parts recommendations, Special tools, etc.).
    * Reliability Requirements(e.g., Technical Piping Passports, PSV Passports, Cathodic Protection Passports, Vessel, Boiler, Cranes passports, Base Line Data, etc.)
    * Regulatory Requirements(e.g., RoK Certification CoC, PtU, SES, FPD, Metrology Attestation & Type Approval, Technical Commissions).
    *  Process Safety Information(e.g., Redline documents, Vendor Key & Action etc
    * Operational Readiness Reviews.
