Competence Assessor (Kazakhstan)

International company is searching qualified candidates for Competence Assessor

(Qualifications, Experience, Skills)
Education
• Technical training in oil and gas industry operations or maintenance specializations.
• Assessor training qualifications, (OPITO, C&G, NVQ, etc.)
Experience
 Extensive Background in oil and gas Operations, preferably H2S experience
 Have worked as Assessor, On the Job Trainer or Supervisor
 Be fully conversant with Oil and Gas best practices in the area of competence assurance
 Experience working in Training and Development within the Oil and Gas Industry
 At least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry operations activities;
Skills:
 Fluent English or Russian Language, (some English skills are required)
 Thorough knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory compliance
 Knowledge of Industry Standard Oil and Gas Competence development requirements
 High level of technical expertise in Oil & Gas industry operations activities
 Ability to respond rapidly and effectively to changing requirements on short notice
 Ability to influence colleagues and stakeholders
 Excellent communications and presentation (oral and written) skills
 Personal qualities of flexibility, integrity and confidentiality
 Ability to learn on the job and develop skills and expertise as an assessor
 Strong desire to develop competence of self and all workers.
