Ecologist (Kazakhstan)

International company is searching qualified candidates for Ecologist position based in Atyrau on 5/2

Qualifications & Experience:
Education
The job holder must have a MSc or at least a BSc in an environmental protection related discipline.
Experience
The job holder must have proven:
• Knowledge of the offshore industry, especially its processes and environmental impacts, with at least 3 years experience in conducting offshore and onshore environmental surveys and Environmental Impact Assessments
• Knowledge of ecological monitoring procedures within the RoK
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multinational team, with interfaces with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of RoK laboratory requirements and standards
• Knowledge of RoK environmental legislation
• Inter-personal, presentation and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate well in Russian and English (verbal and written skills).
Knowledge of Kazakh language is preferable. International work experience and experience in ISO 14001 are preferable.
