Senior Brand Manager (Kazakhstan)

A leading international FMCG company is looking for Senior Brand Manager
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Regularly analyze marketing information, necessary for the development of the brand
  • Develop brand strategy
  • Plan, implement and monitor the implementation of projects that contribute to the strategic objectives, such as:
  • market new products, flavors
  • development of advertising
  • positioning / repositioning of the brand
  • development and implementation of advertising campaigns and campaigns to stimulate demand (promotion)
  • development and change in packaging products and other projects
  • Supervise the work of external suppliers (agencies, manufacturers and advertising, etc.)
  • Achieve an optimal balance between price and quality of services (products)
  • Together with the purchasing department
  • Perform work in close collaboration with other divisions of the Company
  • Following the general strategy of the Group of Companies in relation to brand positioning (brand), and communications
  • Plan and control the costs of development and brand promotion (marketing budget)
  • Supervise junior product manager, interns
 
Requirements
 
  • Higher education (preferable with marketing major)
  • At least 7 years working experience, 4 of which preferably in FMCG
  • Fluent in English
