Technical Engineer (Kazakhstan)

An international company is searching for Technical Engineer

Requirements:

University degree in technical sphere;

Related work experience, preferably in heating & ventilation, wastewater & water supply systems, 

Good knowledge of pumps and pumping systems is preferable;

High degree of structure and attention to detail, team-oriented;

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet

A self starter with the ability to work in positive and professional manner;

 

Responsibility:

Possess a deep knowledge about Company product and service portfolio and processes;

Analyze and identify customers’ request specification;

Understand and exploit where and how Company differentiates itself from competitors

Transform Company product and service portfolio into customer solutions, Offer technical support and advice

Draw up sound technical solutions and prepare written offers/quotations

Maintain customer support

Make and follow up on offers/quotations

Maintain master data on customers

To confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase

To monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
