Interview for Multiple Vacancies in Saudi ARAMCO


SAUDI ARAMCO-SAUDI ARABIA

JAL International was established in 1985, as an electrical establishment focused on major electrification works for buildings and other facilities. The initial years saw JAL steadily moving its business reach into the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries. Eventually, JAL started embarking on technical capability acquisition and development which sustained this massive leap into the major projects. 

They urgently require the following professionals:

Location : SAUDI ARABIA
1. Engineer III- Scope Writer,
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Architecture.Must have total of ten (10) years of experience, from the date of qualification in building construction and or maintenance,

2.2. Asst Engineer II,
Completion of High school, experience required: eight (8) years. OR Two-year degree in engineering technology or a closely related field plus four (4) years of relevant experience in engineering support work, of which two years should have been within the areas of technical specialization.

3.3. HVAC Engineer-Engineer I
1) EDUCATION: B.S. in Engineering.
2) EXPERIENCE: Nine (9) years, preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry, such that the incumbent is clearly recognized as an expert in his field..
3) OTHER: Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, U.S. and Aramco's Codes, Standards and Specifications.

4. 4.Engineer I –EIC,
1. EDUCATION: B.S. in Engineering.
2. EXPERIENCE: Nine (9) years, preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry, such that the incumbent is clearly recognized as an expert in his field.
“The Exhibitions Interface Coordinator ( EIC )position is responsible for providing on-site technical support to the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (“the Center”) Proponent Team and to review exhibit design documents, develop and submit issues papers, attend ongoing project meetings, conduct workshops and facilitate implementation of approved recommendations as needed for the Center’s exhibitions program. The EIC shall provide these services through the Center’s commissioning and post opening period. The EIC will work as part of an integrated leadership team with the Center and consultants to ensure successful delivery of the exhibition components. This individual will be responsible for, and provide management and guidance for, the delivery of exhibition component activities and tasks. EIC will also be responsible for integrating the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture project team with the Operation Readiness Center (ORC) team, and for ensuring that the integrated team remains seamless and focused on performance. 
Job qualifications
• Licensed architect, or similar accreditation, with 15 years of experience, preferably in Arab countries, including the GCC.Ability to read and fully understand schematic and construction drawings.Experience applying architectural and design knowledge and skills in the context of cultural institutions, in particular regarding the interface between a cultural institution’s exhibitions and the base building.Project management skills are a distinct advantage and highly desirable for this position.

5.5. Drafting Specialist
1. A. Completion of ITC
2. B. Nine (9) years work experience including a minimum of two years as draftsman I. C. Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
“Minimum of 2 years experience in an Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry.Conceptualization skills are required to visualize finished products and projects. Manual and computer drawing talents are necessary. Knowledge of geometry and architectural terminology is needed.A drafting specialist must be attentive to detail and have an analytical mind. Conceptual design is key and this is something that can be developed on the job.Additional Requirements :knowledge of 3D programs & Graphics: 3Dmax ,Adobe Photoshop ,Illustrator”

6.6. Asst Engineer II,
Completion of High school, experience required: eight (8) years. ORTwo-year degree in engineering technology or a closely related field plus four (4) years of relevant experience in engineering support work, of which two years should have been within the areas of technical specialization.Possess, or be able to secure, a valid SAG drivers license.

7. 7.Engineer I, Electrical/Mechanical
1. Must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering as a minimum requirement and shall have passed National Licensure Examination.Shall be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and be proficient in writing correspondence and technical reports.
3. Must have fifteen (15) years working experience from the date of obtaining License/Qualifications as senior project engineer, for medium and large buildings and facilities such as universities and museums or cultural facilities that consist of complex HVAC and fire protection systems. Shall have experience as Project Design Head for at least two (2) of the fifteen (15) years specified above, and must have at least 5 years of the 15 years above as commissioning leader for complex facilities such as universities and museums.Well versed with the National Electric Codes (NEC)/Uniform Mechanical Code/ASHRAE/Uniform Plumbing Code/ Uniform Fire Code and other U.S. or European building codes.Must be competent and qualified to make cooling/heating calculations, psychometric analysis, designing air distribution and piping systems, sizing and selecting equipment, and developing control schemes.Must be fully conversant with ASHRAE, SAUDI ARAMCO’s G.I.#425-000 (Refrigerant Management) and other HVAC industrial standards.

8. Engineer I, Fire Protection and Alarm Engineer
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and shall have passed National Licensure Examination.Must have fifteen (15) years working exp, from the date of obtaining License/Qualifications, as senior project engineer for medium and large buildings and facilities such as universities and museums or cultural facilities that consist of complex fire protection systems.4. Shall be able to produce fire protection designs for commercial structures, light industrial, institutional, and museums.Well versed with codes.

9.Technical Clerk,
1. C0MPLETION OF ITC: ENGLISH, ER; MATH, M5; SCIENCE, S5. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:4 YEARS.Four years of experience with the engineering system in order to gain a good knowledge of pertinent statistical, technical and administrative functions.A good knowledge of oral and written English in order to prepare grammatically correct reports, summaries, and correspondence.A good knowledge of the methods to present statistics by the use of charts and graphs.Ability to type finished reports and correspondence and pass Company typing tests at 25 w.p.m.
