guideline
Achieving the budgeted production targets at Mali Location
Planning, sourcing and procurement of raw materials
Preparations of weekly/monthly operational and management reports.
Coordinate with Director (Operations) for efficient running of Lead Recycling plant.
Development of new customers & sourcing origins.
Apropriation of resources 
Financial Management Formulate the required profitability and ROI by means of project and operations expenditures and investments. (Costing & Return Evaluation)
Finalization of the terms of condition for purchase and final agreement.
