Supply Chain Manager/ Logistics & Warehouse Manager for Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar

Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes. Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.
Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
Analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success.
Design or implement supply chains that support environmental policies.
Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products.
Organize the transportation, customs clearance and other formalities for all consignments ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all logistics requests.
Effectively manage all logistics service providers to ensure that their performance meets the requirements and standards
Liaise with local Government Authorities such as Customs, Airports, Seaports, etc.
Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements.

1) Transportation -- Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits.

2) Administration and Management -- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

3) English Language -- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

4) Production and Processing -- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
