A very well reputed company in Oman engaged in Trading & Distribution of Lighting & Electrical products is looking out for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive for their branch office in DUBAI
JOB DESCRITPTION:-
Define the product/products marketing strategy
Develop the core positioning for the product
Guide the Sale Team & Customers for the product application & Sales Arguments
Set the pricing to meet the revenue & profitability Goals
Develop the sales tools & collaterals
Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning perspective
Specifying the market requirement for current & future products by conducting the market research
Supported by visiting to the Intermediaries of the Segment.
Develop & Execute the Marketing Plan in coordination with the Sales Team
Preparing the product literature & aligning it to the Sale Tools Kit
Defining the Communication Tools & printed from the agency
Co ordinate with the Agency for the Branding & Visibility Campaign Quarterly. (Sales Team)
Conducting the Events Like Mini Seminars & other demand creation activities in line to the Marcom
Plan
Conducting the Promotions in line to achieve the product targets, while creating the brand Image & Visibility
Work Closely with SCPC in order to Enhance the timely deliveries & Distribution
Skills & Academic Requirement:-
Minimum of 3 Years of Product Or Marketing Executive. (With In the Industry)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Bachelor Degree (MBA Preferred)
Excellent Team work skills
Must be able to travel as & when needed
Proven Ability to Influence cross-functional teams
Example & at Least one sample of an effective document delivered in past.
Creative Approach
Good organization & planning skills
Drive motivation & Enthusiasm
