* To submit schedule to Client and Consultants and get approval.
* To select competent and competitive vendors / Sub Contractors. plan manpower requirement

To ensure proper housekeeping and hygienic at site and labour camp.
To use innovative techniques based on value engineering concepts. 
Timely submission of invoice and collections of payments from Clients. 
To ensure timely submission of bills in ERP
