Area Controller / Catering Manager for Saudi Arabia

One of our Valued Clients urgently req AREA CONTROLLER / MANAGER for Saudi Arabia.

AREA CONTROLLER / MANAGER 

• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology/ Microbiology / Food Science / Biology / Chemistry / or Nutrition.
• Certificates for internal / lead auditing for ISO 9001:2008 (If Available)
• HACCP level 3 Certificate
• Minimum 3 years experience as similar position.
• Area Manager will be handling multiple catering projects at his area.
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector or in a reputable catering organization.
• Experience in GCC is a must (preferably Saudi Arabia)
• Ability to communicate in English (Oral & Written).
• Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office programs, E-mails etc).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Speak, Read and Write).
